🔒 Bili Clipper 不收集、不分享任何用户数据。所有数据默认仅存储在您本地设备上；仅当您主动启用 Notion 输出并点击 Clip 时，笔记内容才会发送至 Notion 官方 API。

我们收集哪些数据

Bili Clipper 仅在您的浏览器本地存储以下信息：

  • 用户设置：Obsidian Vault 路径、输出目标等偏好设置
  • Notion 凭证：您粘贴的 Notion access token 与所选 database（仅在启用 Notion 输出时存在）
  • Clip 历史：您手动 Clip 的 B 站视频记录（仅保存在本地）

以上数据通过浏览器原生的 chrome.storage.local API 存储，仅限您本人访问。字幕与视频信息从 Bilibili 官方公开接口读取，仅在当前页面本地处理。

Notion 集成（可选功能）

仅当您勾选 Notion 作为输出目标并手动点击 Clip 时，扩展才会将以下内容通过 HTTPS 发送至 Notion 官方 API（api.notion.com）：视频标题、作者、视频链接、简介与字幕文本。

  • 发送完全由您手动触发，扩展不会在后台自动上传任何内容
  • Access token 仅存储在本地 chrome.storage.local 中，除 Notion 官方 API 外不会发送给任何服务
  • 写入 Notion 后的数据由 Notion 隐私政策约束
  • 您可随时在扩展设置中清除 token，并在 Notion 的 Connections 设置中删除该 connection，以撤销全部访问权限

我们不做什么

  • 不收集任何个人身份信息（姓名、邮箱、账号等）
  • 不追踪您的浏览行为或观看记录
  • 除上述由您主动启用的 Notion 集成外，不向任何第三方服务器上传数据
  • 不使用任何分析或广告 SDK
  • 不在扩展卸载后保留任何数据

数据存储与删除

如需删除所有本地数据，可在 Chrome 扩展设置中点击"清除数据"，或直接卸载扩展。卸载后，chrome.storage.local 中的数据会被浏览器自动清除。

🔒 Bili Clipper does not collect or share any user data. By default, all data stays on your local device; note content is sent to the official Notion API only when you explicitly enable Notion output and click Clip.

What We Store

Bili Clipper stores only the following information locally in your browser:

  • User settings: your Obsidian Vault path, output destinations, and other preferences
  • Notion credentials: the Notion access token you paste and your selected database (present only if you enable Notion output)
  • Clip history: a local log of videos you have manually clipped

All of the above is stored via the browser-native chrome.storage.local API and is accessible only to you. Subtitles and video metadata are read from Bilibili's official public API and processed locally on the page.

Notion Integration (Optional)

Only when you select Notion as an output destination and manually click Clip, the extension sends the following over HTTPS to the official Notion API (api.notion.com): video title, author, video URL, description, and subtitle text.

  • Sending is always triggered manually by you; the extension never uploads anything in the background
  • Your access token is stored only in local chrome.storage.local and is never sent to any service other than the official Notion API
  • Data written to Notion is governed by the Notion Privacy Policy
  • You can revoke all access at any time by clearing the token in the extension settings and removing the connection in Notion's Connections settings

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, account, etc.)
  • We do not track your browsing behavior or watch history
  • We do not upload data to any remote server, except the Notion integration described above when you explicitly enable it
  • We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs
  • We do not retain any data after the extension is uninstalled

Data Deletion

To delete all local data, click "Clear Data" in the extension settings, or simply uninstall the extension. Chrome automatically clears chrome.storage.local data upon uninstall.
